Tony Lightwood who achieved his UEFA B licence in 2016 , is quickly making a name for himself as one of the most innovative and talented coaches in the Midlands. His unique methods which heavily involve sport psychology have been praised by everyone who has come across him. Injury prevented Tony from fulfilling his playing potential, An academy player with Aston Villa and the winner of a regional skills competition chosen by Emyln Hughes which led to a days training with Bobby Moore was a particular highlight. Tony has managed grassroots sides since 2013 and is currently a lead coach for QPR in the JPL. His other Business adventure ‘Be the star posters’ is also a major success. RB coaching is proud to have Tony on board as he adds major value to the success of the company.
